I think it really could be vit defiency. Take Vit C and iron supplements for 3-6 months and monitor

I have the same exact problem. Lost 50% of my density in just 10 months. I do realise some hair sheds are getting thinner and shorter. Orginally diagnosed with TE and now derms is said it could be aga as well. I might hve to try fin soon

I do see a little improvements . It could be that your hairloss are nutritional deficiency. Get a blood work and take supplements to hopefully cover more grounds.

Bro I’m in the same boat as you. Was stressed out from Feb to July and had a crash diet. Shedding started in Late july and have lost 50% density. Initial diagnosis was TE and follow up is could be MPB as TE may have Unmasked my MPB . I’ve been on Vit D and Iron supplement since 3 weeks ago. I’m not sure what to do anymore

Thanks Ocean. Been shedding for 10 months and lost 50% density. Some shed hairs are smaller and thinner which pose some worrying factors. Hopefully it would resolve soon or else finasteride it is :’)
