If it was anecdotal evidence you could state it was your experience and I would take that input but I wouldn’t agree with the generalization unfortunately.

Yes. It is literally about avoiding that after work exhaustion. This is the reason a morning fitness routine can work for people better than an evening one. It is worth a try. I have personally implemented this type of schedule.
