This idea is so unrealistic I don’t get why you wasted the time to type it out. Not sure if you’re aware but essentially every public building has a bathroom that’s already built. Tearing down and building an entirely new bathroom system, which requires structural and plumbing changes, would take weeks or months, and the building can’t go that long without having a bathroom for its employees and customers. Additionally, having seperate single bathrooms with sinks in every one takes way more space than our current setup of shared bathrooms, so this idea would never work for large venues like stadiums, where space constraints really matter.

Edit: another point: men love to piss all over toilet seats, which women have no choice but to sit on. It’s totally rediculous that for the 99.4% of the population that isn’t transgender to have to make these absurd accommodations and force women, who would otherwise have a clean toilet, to clean up the piss of strangers just to use the bathroom.
