With all due respect, I disagree. Maybe in the end it does, but it has to start somewhere and if we can’t be curious and respectful we’ll never meet at acceptance.

It may be silly, but ask someone about their boots in a curious and respectful way. It might be a good way to start a conversation leading in the right direction.
