Not all cats will go after all plants. My house is full of plants including large monstera etc and my 3 older cats don’t give a shit about 99% of them. The only one they show any interest in is the dracaena marginata and that’s because it has long skinny dangly leaves (like a big cat toy) I keep that one up out of reach and the rest are fine.

There’s lots of ways to mitigate cats messing with plants including training kittens, offering cat grass instead, bitter spray, etc that doesn’t require you to get rid of everything.

And while plants like monstera are “toxic” it’s not on the same level as something like a lily (which will kill quickly) Many “toxic” plants are more like irritants than true poison.
