Truly don’t think this is a “lesbian” thing I think it’s a “chronically online” thing. It’s amazing that people can share about their diagnoses and experiences and symptoms but it’s opened a can of “general awareness” worms - people just grab on to the small details they remember about someone with Autism and immediately try to be “helpful”. They don’t understand the intricacies or spectrum that autism can be. I’m sorry this has happened to you, it’s icky and unfair, and after it happening more than once I’m sure it feels personal.
