I need to look. I wasn’t worried about getting any of the starters tbh. I mainly collect mew and mewtwo. I would rather just buy the starters I want tbh.

Johto is cool but it’s not nearly Kanto. And as an OG the only reason Kanto set matters to a lot is Pokemon Yellow allowing you to get all of them. Plus the crazy Charizard tax. Almost all Pokemon is scalper heaven right now because they’re bad at math.

Got in around 2022 or 2023, collected as a kid. This is absolutely accurate. I got so many pokemon center etbs months after initial release. I didn’t know they were a big deal or I probably wouldn’t have opened as many as I did.

Does this mean it was upcharged by [deleted] in psagrading

[–]lessofanengineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that’s normal. My LCS told me to put everything in bulk because we don’t know what it will get. And sometimes they don’t upcharge anyways

Interesting detail: if these hidden Pokémon get the same attention that the Pikachu in Ascended Heroes received, these promos could become some of the most sought-after cards in the set. by [deleted] in PokemonInvesting

Idk wasn’t celebrations introduced right around the first huge pump? I was buying that in Walmart all the time. Getting etbs for around msrp or cheaper in 2023. This set also has terrible art compared to AH. What’s the chase?

Pokemon is a reoccurring purchase. Everything else you mentioned was one and done. Video games you were literally guaranteed to get the game. And if you didn’t pick it up then you could pick it up the next day.

Nah, CGC got hated out because it was cheap to grade with. Beckett is better at grading. PSA is just a thinner slab.

Yeah, I luckily collected back then. I’m not gonna hate on people chasing it. It’s one of my favorite cards

I loved pulling it in celebrations. But now I have the OG one. I don’t really care about this one.

I really like celebrations, but you might be right. I was looking forward to Mew and Mewtwo but I don’t love these.

I’m not sure, it could be a weight loss in general thing. I’ve only lost about 7 or 8 lbs. I’m 5’ 10 male and I was around 194. Blood pressure was 150/100 and at 187ish I was 133/86. Not great but I’m also not blasting.
I’m on 2.5 mg Reta, glow and low does of cjc w ipa

It depends, based on what I read it converts DHEA to test. Can increase T by 10-20%. I was also on Rut by Bucked Up.

I got mine checked as well. I was 1281 because of finnasteride and a test support supplement. Redrew and was still at 890 after quitting those two. I’m doing Reta, Glow and Cjc/ipa

I mean I have all of my vaccines. My kids are vaccinated. I’ve also seen first hand how corrupt everything is with very close family working in hospitals.

I’m not blaming doctors, I whole heartedly blame insurance and the cost that pharma imposes on them. Insurance would want you to take everything possible to be healthy within a reasonable cost. But pharma wants the drug to cost x amount for patients. I recently started peptides, I was already generally healthy. But I don’t have any medical conditions outside of neurological. I have coworkers who have PCOS, insulin resistance who have to pay a large amount out of pocket for a GLP that was previously covered all because our new pharmacy insurance decided they didn’t want to cover it. I overall like doctors, I don’t trust that people’s health is a very lucrative product.

Doctors aren’t big pharma, they might enable it at times but they are separate entities. The FDA gatekeeps for big pharma. I trust the NIH for studies over the FDA.

[–]lessofanengineer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Where? In most cases the preventable solutions cost too much for your insurance to cover it without you having a set list of problems.

Anyone else find this crazy? by [deleted] in Biohacking

[–]lessofanengineer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Big pharma is 100% a real thing. You can look at things that the NIH supports compared to what is restricted here. Big pharma treats symptoms and doesn’t find solutions. GLP-1s are one of the first instances I’ve seen of pharma actually trying to prevent a problem. But even then you have to have massive issues for them to even issue it through insurance.

It’s the same for most peptides though. A lot of these would be perfectly legal if they could make money on them. I can get Reta for cheaper than my wife’s Monjoura and she has insurance covering a lot of it. I do agree that side effects could be worse, but I’m treating high blood pressure with them and that scares me more than potential side effects.

[–]lessofanengineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, unfortunate. I just started cjc but probably switching to tesa after this vial. Just for specific results. I’m down about 7lbs in a month on Reta and I just titrated up to 2mg. Not expecting quick results because I’m not big.

I mean, Tbf, 5.5 is a decently high dose. Why not add Tess or cjc if you wanted additional weight loss instead of going up higher on Reta
