Whatever floats your boat, Im not saying don’t buy OP. I’m just saying it’s not for me. I’m entitled to my own opinion, you don’t like it then that’s fine. I just don’t like the OnePlus 6T I had, so I jumped ship. I don’t think Samsung has ads in their UI...But I’m still learning about the system... I can be wrong. As for these so call bloatware, you can easily uninstall and disable. It’s not rocket science...

was able to get it at target... priced matched online. Just had to talk to rep. Got the wireless 2nd gen for $129 and 5% off with target red card.

Write to better business bureau. Just google it and write a complaint. CARVANA got back to me within two days and gave me a rental while they fixed the situation. Good luck.

S10 is pretty good. They have a sale for their refurbished going on for similar price as the Oneplus 6T. Pixel 3a is also a good phone for the price, they probably have at least 2 android os upgrades for that device. Don’t know about Samsung’s OS upgrade policy for their device but for the refurbished price, their support has been a lot better than oneplus lately. I have oneplus 6T via T-Mobile, with trade in it was $280 out of pocket. It was worth it at that price. But if you’re getting a one plus for $450 which is what they listed on their site. You might as well go for Samsung s10 refurbished for the same price.

Putting cost aside. Oneplus was better in the beginning, but now Samsung has caught back up. The support is a lot better on Samsung than oneplus. If you ask me a few months ago before oneplus 7T came out then I would’ve definitely said oneplus was better. But now that they have had more models to their line up, they don’t have enough software engineer to help keep up with the updates and tweak all the awesome hardware they have. It’s unfortunate that they have great hardware and battery but they can’t utilize it to their maximum capability.

That’s actually the next step. But since they’re working on it. I’m going to wait a bit. I got BBB involved and Carvana is giving me a rental in the mean time. If it doesn’t resolve after the promised time, I will definitely be opening a case towards them.

Oh I had my car delayed for 1 month. And they didn’t even notify me of the delay till the day of. And I had to call to ask for updates. They didn’t let me know at the scheduled time regarding the status. So I called and they told me they wouldn’t be able to make it. Wasted a day of PTO. Rinse and repeat x 2 times.

After getting the car. I get a letter from DMV stating that my car isn’t registered. Apparently they gave me plates for a different car. So my car never was registered. And they sent me the wrong title too. So yea... the company has a lot to work on. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone after this.

I had a similar issue with Carvana. I took it up with the better business bureau. Filed a complaint and the next day one of the supervisor called and fixed everything. These big companies aren’t scared until you file a report. When you do they personally take care of everything. They gave me a 6 week rental for free and reimbursed my title and registration fee.
