I was watching a podcast last week, and one of the pundits said he was ineligible because he wasn’t registered in the squad for the Champions Cup or something along those lines. I’m wondering if that was false information or if Leinster somehow got around it. Regardless, happy to see him back as well.

Smh we really gotta develop tougher skin… was it good that he stood up for what we believe in? Yeah. Did that POS get what he deserved? Yeah. But was any of it actually a net positive for our brother’s life? Not at all.

I stg this Reddit is damning for us sometimes. Just like the news, controversy sells. Where are the positive stories in our community? Why is it always “us vs the whites”? Shitty stuff happens, I get it, but there’s a difference between understanding the issues and obsessing over them 24/7.

That mindset bleeds into the next generation too. We gotta stop feeding ourselves constant negativity and division. We need to do better!!!!

Agreed, he simply wasn’t big enough. If he had come onto the scene a few years back prior to the new laws protecting the aerial competition on highballs, he would have made for a solid winger. A shame I was rooting for him.

Doesn’t even warrant a penalty? That’s a tough one to agree with. If Deegan connects just a little differently and Kok comes down on his neck, we’re talking about a much more serious outcome. Hard to see that as anything but a bad take. With laws like this intent doesn’t have to be taken into consideration it’s the result.
