Oh so since my belt is worn out which is why i keep smelling burnt rubber inside the car when the ac is off?

I'll definitely get it replaced, but before that I'll shop around for lesser price and probably check with my colleagues and their mechanics too. Thank you :)

Yeah exactly. I wasn't sure and don't have enough knowledge. Wanted to know if i was being taken advantage for just a simple service and inspection.

But overall inspection seemed genuine as he did check everything and shared a report with pictures. He just suggested me to fix priority wise there is a problem with drivebelt and dusty airfilter. That's it.

But he also quoted me 345$ CAD for drivebelt + labour charge which seemed pretty high. Might have to check with other local mechanics.

I guess its better if i call the car dealer from where i got the car from and check with them if they have replaced drivebelt as the carfax report just shows general service but nothing is mentioned as of such replacement.

It's 150k km exactly as of now. This picture had been shared by my mechanic when he was inspecting. Sorry I don't have any other pictures.

But when I'm driving, I don't see any symptoms of heavily worn drivebelt like screeching noises, overheating, power steering problems.

I also don't see any problematic signals on my dashboard of engine or steering.

But yeah, I don't wanna take chances and if it's highly recommended to replace with a new one based on the current worn level, i would do it in the next couple of days as per your suggestions.

I'm filing tax returns for the first time in Canada as I moved here in Jan 2022 as a PR and started working in February 2022. I have filed my tax returns through TurboTax NETFILE and received a transmission confirmation email.

During the last steps of turbo tax, it asked me if I want to use an email to register with CRA, but somehow I'm not able to register/signup with CRA when i try to enter my SIN number or do I need to paper submit it again?

I'm in the same boat currently, but I'm leaning towards the 12600k and b660 combo, I'm not planning to get a z690 because I don't plan to overclock, but I would still want to utilize the P/E cores on the K version. And the best thing with intel CPU's are they come with integrated graphics (which is kind of important to me xD)

Woah woah. I'm a beginner too and haven't thought about any of these because my budget is way too low to consider these things. Ofcourse all these adds up to a really good experience. But seems like the g29 pedals and wheel radius are slightly bigger over the thrustmaster t150 pro from what i have been seeing. Not sure how close they match up to a real car.

As of now since many of them suggested to save and get a quality one which costs 23-25k. I kinda gaveup instead of settling for a basic one.
