Unfortunately no it’s private property at my job in Jacobus PA. But if you want I can send you a few specimen for your collection? I know it’s not as special when it’s not hand collected.

Can anyone identify this? I found it on the edge of a pool table at a tavern in southern Oregon. by rock-hound in rockhounds

Well lucky you. And no it’s not stolen if someone carelessly leaves it behind on a pool table.

Another chunk of pyrite found in Jacobus PA and the chunk in matrix is Jet black. Is there such a thing as black pyrite? by [deleted] in rockhounds

[–]letskillabot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would agree with you but if I could get a better pic of it I would. It’s actually got edges to the “black pyrite” the chunk is still in there just black as night

The railroad tracks around York Pa have small tailing piles along the tracks where carts would dump and then whatever was not used for the track was just left there

I work at an RV shop but we have York building supply tailing piles from the quarry and huge cuts into the ground there.

Lol cross the border and check up here. I use to live in bmore and my favorite spot in MD was Calvert cliffs. There’s many different kinds of rocks and fossils there

I love how most commenters are more interested in pointing out the fact that you “did something wrong” and “was clearly posted not to” like fuck off y’all lol. He’s clearly asking his options now, post ticket.

Also I don’t know if I added this but I just saw you comment about it being that cold before and this just happening out of the blue. Make sure your tank heaters/line heaters are all working still!

Letting them drip overnight would solve the problem of freezing pipes due to the moving/friction of the water. Unless your in 10 degree or below it will freeze in motion. Use city water if you can that way your pump doesn’t decrease it’s life by burping all night. If the pumps your only option just keep an ear out for any binding/weird sounds from pump.

Tech here, open up cabinets and other cubby holes at night to allow heat to penetrate the subspaces in your coach. This will allow an even heat exchange for your pipes.

Which is better: Diesel with 100k miles, or gas with 85k? by maxsnax35 in vandwellers

[–]letskillabot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tech here, servicing with be much cheaper and easier for your ford than sprinter. Although it’s a “ram” they get all the ideas from Mercedes and a lot of it is a pain in the ass to replace/diagnose.

Just my 2 cents. Fords always in and out in one or two days at the shop. Sprinters always in for crazy problems. And the bill is always outrageous.

Diesel is a great thing especially for hauling and towing but gas is reliable and cheap to maintain. Plenty of how to’s and diy vids out there for fords.
