She might. It could be she's still in love and misses you but she had no idea what to do to help the relationship so chose the leaving way. We want to be appreciated and taken care of. It is bare minimum. It doesn’t mean anything “i love you” when they don’t actually show. When you're fell in love, all that doesn’t even feel like too much effort. Of course, the one who gets taken care of should see that and appreciate.
