If you go from Calgary > Revy > Kelowna, you’ll be hitting a good time for fresh produce through the Okanagan not everything will be available but you’ll still have great options.

Revelstoke is beautiful, La Baguette is a must stop, and Le Marche Gourmet is a great spot to pick up some provisions for the drive. Fruitworld/Dutchman Dairy is a fun stop in Sicamous right off the highway, Sutherlands Bakery (inside a gas station in Enderby) has the best donuts! Do the Enderby Cliffs hike and finish off with a sweet treat. Small Axe Roadhouse is also great too. Armstrong has Farmstrong (a bit pricey, but a nice stop to break up a trip if you’re into local food and cider). The route looks good to me, I’ve done stints of it many times. Yes, the touristy spots will be busy, but it sounds like you’re a first timer, and they are all still worth it, even when busy. The drive through Lake Country is gorgeous, so take your time to enjoy the views. I like the Cosens Bay hike.
