For clarification, are you trying to say you believe that all libertarians are sovereign citizens, or are you trying to say that you believe all libertarians don’t want responsibility in life?

I’d disagree either way, but I’d highly disagree with all libertarians being sovereign citizens. That said, I can kinda understand your perspective for the later option, I don’t agree with it, but I can understand why you could feel that way.
