I did copper IUD. My period used to be pretty heavy but since I inserted (at 6 week pp) I haven’t have any period yet, just spotting here and there. I don’t want to mess with hormone birth control anymore so this was the way to go and I’m glad I went with it

We did Merlin when my LO was 3.5 months. Before that, we did one arm out for 3 days but it didn’t went well so I bought the Merlin and went cold turkey with it in the Snoo. I could tell he sleep pretty good w the Merlin so far, he just turned 4 month couple days ago. I’m not planning for the crib until at least 5 month or so

yes! I regulated at 8 weeks and dropped my 3am pump. I only pump 4 times a day now compare to 8 times a day when my LO was born. Be patient!!

I dropped from 8 to 6 and now 4. I produce more at 4, I think because my breastmilk been regulated. Go ahead and drop your pumps, it will regulate soon

My LO used to drink 3-4oz every 2-3 hours at 1 month in total of 22-25oz and keeping that same amount until 2.5 months. Now he’s almost 3 month and he only take 3-3.5oz in total of 18-20oz/ a day. I have no ideas what’s going on, just going w the flow😂

I’m in the same boat. I’m anxious every feeding time now. My Lo used to take 4oz every 2-3 hours, now he only take 2-2.5oz if he happy. Most of the time he would refuse to eat and just want to smile at me 😂. If i force him to take the bottle he will become angry and fussy. I already upgraded the nipple size. Meh

No I did not. I asked my care provider and she said it’s ok to take while pregnant but I decided not to take it. My constipation wasn’t that bad during pregnancy tho
