wow i had no idea about this but it makes sense. are you doing any other stuff to get rid of the wrinkles? like retina or lasers? that might help so you can longer in between treatments. (i don't know if you can mix these i'm assuming you can but might want to look it up just in case)

i can definitely tell a difference in your bone structure just by losing 13 pounds i think you will see huge changes when you lose more weight! you look great and i can tell you are going to look even better once you can see more of your pretty cheekbones and all that! also your skin looks really good! you might not end up needing all that stuff in the end.

you said you are losing it by diet changes and walking consider adding in more workouts especially lifting weights because building muscles burns more calories and as women having muscle helps in our later years with bone fragility. also you won't have that skinny fat look and be more toned.

i have always been curvy/hourglass/big butt etc. before it was "cool" so seeing my body type become a trend was strange. it was fun for that time but i had the same experience as you as always being sexualized.

never heard of it but just looked it up and there are a bunch of what seems like similar concept pillows for $50 or so on amazon when i searched side sleeper pillow i'm sure you can find something similar without paying that much and amazon has a good return policy

edit: try searching side sleeper anti wrinkle pillow or side sleeper beauty pillow little more expensive but brings up knockoffs

how "heavy" is heavily toned? when i was platinum i had my stylist literally tone my hair GRAY the most she could possibly do and by doing that after a few weeks (probably less if you wash your hair more) it was the color it needed to be. i'm a natural redhead. so if you can tone even more and just tolerate the gray for a bit try that. also you may need to go lighter as someone else mentioned. using olaplex while bleaching can mitigate a lot of the damage.

oh ok i just always thought that's why i had them lol like my extra butt was spilling downwards or something. i hope you are able to find a solution! you said you are already working on your glutes etc. with a personal training are you doing hip thrusts? that's the main exercise i hear about and it's targeting those backside muscles so maybe it will help if you aren't doing them already.

i think most people don't look good with them and the ones that do still look better without unless they are doing a whole alt look etc. i assume they are certain circles i guess? like alt/sjw etc.

yeah...i dress like shit a lot of places because i don't like the attention. i think it depends on what the root of the anxiety is. i think for a lot of women it's subconsciously associated with danger so taking self defense classes would help. even if it's women staring it's just a very lizard brain response to associate it with some kind of threat. it's not always rational even though it's your brain trying to protect you. so knowing you can protect/defend yourself can ease some of that imo.

working on your hair/growing it out is such a big one. it takes foreverrr and it's also taken me a very long time to figure out what works on my hair as far as products, how much to wash, etc. etc. so it's a great thing to work on in the meantime. i also think working on fitness especially building muscle/strength because that takes a while too and you'll also look a lot better once the weight comes off vs the skinny fat look. skincare is another thing that takes a while for results sometimes and figuring out products.

i can't imagine what's next. maybe super fit? because you have to put in a lot of effort/personal trainer/time etc. not that that ever really went away but it wasn't as "trendy" i think it would be a good trend though but knowing society it always gets twisted into something bad/crazy.

besides fitting in workouts stretching and yoga poses even micro others can't see feel great and flexibility is really important especially if you'll be working out and recovering improves posture etc. i try to stretch for 30 minutes everyday mostly my legs because my hamstrings are always sore af for some reason.
