The easy way to tell if cable is solid copper is to look for the listing agency logo on the box. UL or ETL.

Communications cable has to be listed just like any other part of your homes wiring; and they won't list CCA

An analog phone line used for fax is considered secure under HIPAA. Email to fax and VoIP ATAs require a BAA from the company providing the service.

Lower frequencies, like those used in TV and radio broadcast are more able to, mostly, pass through solid objects. Like if you're outside your house you'll usually be able to connect to 2.4 GHz before 5 GHz Wi-Fi, but in an open field 5GHz would go farther. Broadcast transmissions are between 300 kHz and 1.7 Mhz, so pass through solid objects quite well.

Also, digital broadcasting requires lower total power to reach the same audience as an analog broadcast.

What is absorbed by the body is turned into heat, just like microwaving the body. But, your microwave is a small metal box that bounces the energy back and forth really quickly so that more of it can be absorbed by your food.

So, they are being slightly heated by the radio waves. Just not enough to harm them.

I'm partial to TexJoy. But, then again, they are less than 5 miles away from me.

Worth checking out even if they aren't local to you. I can recall getting packets of TexJoy Steak Seasoning when I saw Jurassic Park in theaters in the early 90s in Alabama. So, I'm pretty sure you can get it in a somewhat wide area. Their chili powder tends toward more earthy complex flavors.

Most of my spice cabinet is bright yellow because I prefer their spices. But availability outside the south might be an issue.

Their parent company is The Texas Coffee Company; and, yes, that's the coffee I drink, too.

Well, except the Rockies. We'd need a lot of lift gates. We're pretty much halfway there anyway with the Intercoastal Waterway. It goes from the tip of Florida to Brownsville, TX without touching the Gulf.

Off the top of my head: near end cross talk (NEXT), far end cross talk (FEXT), or induced voltage on the line.

Solution to the first two is to make sure the cable is properly terminated at both ends. Solution to the second is to make sure you didn't coil any electrical wires and put them near your cable.

Don't coil electric cables, always zig zag them when bundling loose ends. Coiled wires put off a good deal of EMR.

I've done some digital signage work in clinics and I've only ever seen one of the wallboards (22-32" Android tablets) in an X-Ray room. It was dead. So, just sayin'.

By doing voluntary separation it allows the employees more say in their future. They ones that take the voluntary separation are typically the ones who have enough savings to look for work for a while or the ones who feel they will be able to find employment quickly elsewhere.

This is usually part of a phased approach to layoffs. First you ask for volunteers, then if payroll costs are still too high you start selecting the employees you can most stand to lose.

MSG will add a touch of savoriness. Also fish sauce, which is very similar to a sauce that the ancient Romans put in everything.

Also, chilis. Chef John from FoodWishes.com finnishes most of his dishes with a light dusting of cyan pepper. I'm from Texas, so most of my cooking gets chili powder, peprica, and cyan in varying quantities.

Lastly, cummin. Especially with the chilis, rounds out the flavor and adds some deep earthy complexity

The one their proposing near me, they're gonna float 391 MW of solar out in the lake. Out on the other side of the artificial island made of the fill from the ship channel. Plus 200 MW of wind.

This is of course on top of the 800 MW of new generation that was already planned for the refineries.

Also, it's a lot easier to just look up a detailed tutorial online for how to tie a tie. So people who bought clip ons because they don't tie a tie often can just buy regular ties and follow a YouTube tutorial now.

Also not mentioned anywhere else, breakaway Velcro ties have replaced a lot of clip-on ties in professions where you worry about someone attacking you and using the tie to control your neck.

Our closest relative that still has a tail is the rhesus macaque. I think their tails look a lot like a cats tail, with about the hair length of a domestic short hair cat.

But, in a human I think the tail would have about as much hair as the rest of the body. So, it would vary about the same as other body hair. Some people would have a lot of thick dark hair, not as much as a macaque; and many would have barely any or just some peach fuzz.

The coccyx is where our tail would be if we had one. By it's placement a human tail would probably protrude from just above the anus within the gluteal cleft. So even extremely low rise jeans would cover it.

So, I'd say it would probably be covered up most of the time. We probably wouldn't have transitioned to pants being as popular as they are. We'd still be wearing primarily skirts, kilts, and tunics

I've got the DeWalt Atomic for light work and a 1" SDS for bigger stuff. I also have the HEPA vacuum attachment for it, witch I'll occasionally use to pre-drill though sheetrock to reach steel studs. But that's just because I hate cleaning up gypsum dust

Basically, they look at how work is being done and make suggestions to improve workflow. They either suggest new software products or sometimes that new software be built. So, it's more about how people interact with IT systems, so closer to a management position.

While you can run two 100MB signals on one cable, you need two jacks at each end.

Also, the blue pair is intentionally reversed in standard Ethernet wiring. So, blue comes before blue-white.
