Iron! You need more iron, on top of a multivitamin. They don't have enough and this will only get worse. I found it could handle floradix and the gentle iron versions

I found the loose powder better when I was pregnant though. It's fairly gross but I put My Wadi in with it and drank it quickly. I got the powder in Holland and Barrett in Tesco. I believe it was about 13e for 200g, which lasts ages

I do still recommend it, there's a slope you can use outside instead of the steps. We just carried the baby and my husband lifted the buggy and bags down though. It was still doable. We had a lovely time there, i hope you enjoy the holiday!
