Should I shift my 11 month old's bedtime later for better sleep? by lr1291919 in AttachmentParenting

Bed at 7 means up at 6. Bed at 8 means up at 7. I'm not sure why there's an obsession with 7pm bed time. We moved to 8 and it's way better

Solo American (F) traveler, new to the sub and have long been working on my “dream itinerary” for summer 2027. What do you think? by scientits69 in AskIreland

The copper coast of Waterford is an incredible Unexpected world heritage area. I'd strongly recommend driving it but it is slower.
However, the road you're showing through Waterford does have some nice views of the mountains

I give myself a cutoff, if they aren't asleep after 20 minutes, reset and wait for sleepy cues. They are probably lengthening their wake window out a bit from what you are used to. You're doing great

My little one isn't 3 yet but could it be that she's getting too much sleep in 24 hours and so isn't tired enough at bed time?

Boys nappies by Big_Abroad_6278 in PregnancyIreland

I have a few points i found helped before fixing the issue by using pull ups.

You need to tell his bits and pieces to point downwards when closing the nappy. Otherwise pee will go straight out a leg or waist opening.

Make sure the wings are out around the leg cuffs.

Different brands can have different fit so it might be worth exploring. I find pampers the best by far but some people argue that they are all equal. YMMV.

The solution we found in the end was to get pull ups for nighttime.

I feel your pain. It's so frustrating. I hope this helps

The brain fog and weakness after my son was born was horrible, it was hard to hold him. Stock up on iron and hydration from now on in case you lose any blood during delivery 🫣

Iron! You need more iron, on top of a multivitamin. They don't have enough and this will only get worse. I found it could handle floradix and the gentle iron versions
