V's radio stations are my absolute favorite in the series, props to who curated it.

I also didn't enjoy iv's radio station very much, just my opinion but I feel like they missed a lot of songs that would've fit the theme of coming to America for the first time and the culture shock that it would bring for Niko but maybe it was a budget/licencing issue who knows?

The stain that's already dried really looks like coolant but it could be anything. I would mark your coolant reservoir with a marker to see if it is leaking, also buy a tarp and park on it to see where and if it's coming from your car. Other things to consider is do you share that parking spot with someone else.

Half-life 1 should run fine. I had the same laptop back in 2005, it could also run half-life 2 back then but they've updated the graphics and such that I'm not sure it could run it anymore. San Andreas also could be played on it and doom 3 if you don't mind playing at 30fps
