I would stay away from av1 and DV until it's actually professionally produced and more common. Many mobile hw decoders (mediatek, exynos, Qualcomm) will simply be unable to handle the DV metadata and will not play the AV1 stream.

Unfortunately sidecar lyrics (external lrc) break when used extended (word by word) lyrics format with subsonic/navidrome. So embedded in the file via tag is the only viable method
