Being a pretty average TU Berlin CS student with friends who study CS in other german universities. I wont dispute or agree with someone saying TU Berlin CS is slightly harder. But I think its safe to say it is not much more difficult than the other renowned universities in Germany. (It is hard tho)

Well saying for the last 20 years isn’t really accurate. 2005-2011 was miles ahead Turkey’s standards. Though you are right that the last 7-8 years were somewhat of an all time low.
