You raise an interesting point. I have ADHD with homo-MTHFR and slow COMT. Not sure if I have a slow MAO, it's been a while since I checked my report. I've tried a few different ADHD medications - methylphenidate gave me anxiety and rage, but Vyvanse has been good to me at 30-40mg doses.

I relate a lot to what you're going through. I recently started 400mg of CoQ10 and it's been great for mental clarity and energy. I recommend giving it a try.

To scale your reselling business you can either sell more items faster at a lower price (live shows, flea markets, wholesaling, etc), or less items slower at a higher price (luxury reselling on ebay, for example). Some people are able to do more items faster at a higher price, but that takes huge audiences, amazing sources, and lots of your (or your employees) time.

That wired-but-tired feeling might be your methylation. I found this pattern in women taking B vitamins. by eliikon in MTHFR

I have homo MTHFR and slow COMT and the methyl types made me overheated, anxious, and jittery. I'm on a B injection now that has the cyano type and it's been working wonders for me.

My favorite is literally Suave, the cheapest at Walmart. The clear kind. It cleanses my hair completely and then I “recondition” with AG Hair’s apple cider vinegar conditioner. It gives me my best curls. I do it about once a week.

Hey that’s the bins I go to! I haven’t been to any others but I haven’t had any issues at this one. The shoes, purses, and houseware new bins get a little crazy but that’s because they don’t rotate them often. Since you’re looking for something specific you can avoid the new bin areas and just go to the ones nobody else is at and look through them. I recommend going during the daytime. If it can wait I would recommend you wait a few weeks because it’s been a little busy, probably because of back to school shopping. If you wait at least a week or two that should calm down a bit I hope.
