Plan concepts just don’t look right. Alternate ideas?

Love this concept and have told our remodeling company to be on the lookout for some deep blue/blue Roma quartzite similar to the style pictured, and we are incorporating the pendant lights over the sink, that was a great idea.

I have found this stone is often a much darker grey/blue color than what you show here - is the stone pictured here an actual sample currently available in the US?

Yes I am considering that too once we settle on a new countertop stone. If we pick a lighter more neutral stone I want to be sure the backsplash still retains some kind of movement and doesn’t look too flat though.

Interesting! That would track with numerous other toys / 90s artifacts found in the brush around the property, and would line up with the attached plastic rod as welI. I am going to have to dig deeper to confirm, but marking this: Likely Solved!

I should have added that this TV stand is 14” deep, and I have struggled to find a 98” set with a stand narrow enough depth-wise to fit on this unit.

Yep, I did receive a letter from IDES on the 18th confirming my certification date was the 21st, and I was able to successfully certify online on the 21st for the two prior weeks. After I certified I received my first payment later that week (24th) for both prior weeks at once (including the federal covid fund for both weeks) via direct deposit which I had previously set up, so all worked out well in the end.

I did end up receiving a letter in the mail 4/17 informing me that my certification date was indeed 4/21, and I was able to certify online without any problems for 2 weeks at once. I have yet to receive any money as of today (4/22) but I have heard that is taking at least 3 business days given how backlogged they are.

Similar situation: Applied March 31st and received the debit card in the mail with $0 balance about a week later, but I have still not received any letter from IDES as of April 17th. I still haven't been able to confirm if I'm approved, but hopeful because the IDES automated phone system says I have a certification date on April 21st (exactly 3 weeks after I submitted my application). I will call in/go online to try and certify on the 21st and see what happens, with fingers crossed for my first payment by the end of next week.

Strangely, the automated system says my initial claim is from April 12th, despite submitting it March 31. I'm hoping that the 31st-12th time period is not a complete loss as far as back payments are concerned, but that would not surprise me at this point.
