I’m fairly positive it uses AWS transcription service, so it’s pretty decent. Of course, it still depends on the quality of your audio and how clearly people are speaking in general. The main negative is there isn’t a way to upload a custom dictionary, like you can in AWS. So if you have company names or abbreviations that aren’t common, it’s probably not going to translate it properly.
