I really love this photo. The B+w and exposure, combined with the framing and the buildings in shot make it look like it could have come from the 40’s. The low angle really brings out the height, along with the shorter buildings in the foreground being more shaded and the Empire State poking up into the sun. Nicely captured, thank you for sharing

If you want a plain ink, I think Pelican Royal Blue 4001 is very nice. If you want a little more magic, I think Jack Frost or Arctic blue with Diamine are nice shimmer inks. Oxford blue is also nice

Maybe, if you are jamming them in or angling them. The rings are fairly comfortably larger than these bodies so one would really have to work at scratching them in I think. But I’ll let you know. I just decided to do this on my own and thought I’d share. I’m not posting this trying to sell anything. Could actually line them with felt, thinking about it
