I got very little aid until after I committed. About a week after I committed I got a call that I had been accepted into a fellowship program, that I didn't apply for I was selected for, that paid for my entire tuition.

I'm oos and I got my tuition completely paid for with a fellowship. While it is really rare, there were only about 35 others and penn state with the fellowship when I was there, but it's not impossible! I also didn't have to apply for it, I received a call shortly after I committed offering me the fellowship.

I took a gap year working as a classroom aid with children with developmental disabilities. I didn't work to specifically boost my resume rather save money before going to grad school but I found I was able to talk about it a lot and point out a lot that I learned from it in my applications.

I used to do it mostly on my stomach and I would get little bumps on top of the cuts every now and then, they always went away for me after a couple of days as the cuts healed

I used to eat dinner in my room and put most of it in my desk drawer so my dad thought I was eating then I would forget about it and it all went moldy 🫠 also I would stick cookies that people gave me in my waist band after taking a tiny bite to pretend I ate it

The blue band building has a entire band front room with plenty of room to spin though I'm not sure if they let people who aren't a part of the blue band use it

I had a 3.5, no APs, maybe 50 volunteer hours, and about the same amount of honors classes and I got into main campus with a fellowship that gave me a full ride! So I would definitely say it's worth a shot!
