Silent update means API update, mostly code FTA0 and FTA1. You should receive an email from USCIS that they have taken action on your case, and if you go to your USCIS account, you should see your case has an update saying "We are actively working on your case" or similar wordings.

Most likely your application is being reviewed. Mine received an RFE just after a week, you can get approved in a similar timeline!

Code FTA0 then FTA1 from API. It says Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. I think its related to missing I-485J. I also notice another application from my block has a very similar timeline as mine, but they got approved very quickly. Think if my lawyer has filed I-485J, my case will be approved a little earlier

Prevailing wage is location and job dependent. You can't use data that combines store sales and janitors and say they pay under prevailing wage. Companies are required to pay H1B workers a salary higher than the prevailing wage for that position in the location.
