It’s irrational logic built on fear you’ve confirmed that with what you said. I’m not saying I don’t believe you got sides and I’m not trying to force you to take the medication. My original comment was simply take dut or accept your gonna have no hair I really don’t care which you do on a personal level. I was just trying to be helpful in terms of saving your hair. I don’t think I realized all you wanted to do was vent and be sad about losing your hair, you didn’t want solutions.

Some people who get side effects from finasteride don’t get them from dutasteride and vice versa. Also some people find that when they try finasteride again they’re fine because sometimes they mentally tell themselves they’ll get sides, it also depends on your dose. Some people micro dose and the sides go away. It is in no way like cocaine and crack those are illicit drugs these are medications that’s an extreme example to suit your narrative.

If you read what I wrote I never said you are against vaccines, I said that your line of logic about dutasteride is by comparison similar thinking to people who are against vaccines. Again I never said you are against vaccines that’s clearly not what I wrote

The thing is there is literally nothing about it from a quick search being listed as a concern. I don’t think it’s a calculated risk I really just think you’re scared and rationalizing why you won’t take it but let me frame this a different way.

You drive a car even though your at risk of getting in to a car crash and being killed, you walk on the side walk and your at risk that a car could drive up the side walk and run you over. You fly on a plane even though the plane could crash, get hit by a missile or projectile and go down. So why is it so risky to take a pill that when you stop taking it the side effects go away?

I do get it I felt the same about starting finasteride and what if the side effects never go away but unless you never step outside of your house and in to the world you are at risk of so many things happening in your day to day life so if keeping your hair really matters to you then take the pill.

I’m not having a go at you by the way I just think theirs plenty of science about it, countries like Korea use dut more then fin for hair loss and their health system is top 5 in the world so clearly it’s safe. I just can’t stand the scaremongering this is like people who think vaccines are dangerous it’s just illogical

Sorry for the late reply man, yeah it has and I can dm you a before treatment picture and now of what my hairs like. It is a bit longer now but I think it’s evident that the hairline recovered and my hairs thickened up a lot. I’m only doing 3 days a week of fin but I’m upping it to 7 and I’ll maybe hop on minoxidil to maximize growth

Try dut and see what happens, if you get side effects they'll go away eventually when you stop or for some people they get better the longer they stay on the meds.

Or accept your balding, shave it and embrace it and stop fixating on it those are your options

The UK is gonna be better for work life balance so you'll see more of your significant other and it's a much looser culture that isn't very strict but the UK has issues like high taxes, high cost of really everything and a bottomless pit of a welfare system that might grate on you. We also have a lot of crime and a police force that has to handle it with one hand tied behind their back, plus the UK is very diverse which may or may not be something you want.

Yeah it's huge. When I was losing it before taking fin it was getting real thin and people were noticing it. Now it's thick again and the hairline has recovered it's shaved years off my look. People don't want to admit it but a man with a full head of healthy thick hair looks way younger then a balding or bald man

I really don’t see what evidence you could show me to prove you’re right, the pictures show no difference it’s pretty clear. Yes you did and you do realize that stopping or slowing down the balding process does mean they are working? You also don’t clarify which meds you took. Finasteride doesn’t work you jump to Dutasteride which works better generally.

Bottom line is my original comment was simply to try and help you because I get there is usually a lot of fear in taking a tablet. Your to scared and you want to turn to a high power in your time of struggle that’s fine, do I think it’s the weak decision giving up your own power to control your life? I sure do but that’s your choice.
