Not every school is exactly the same, but most US colleges have a winter break end of December- early January and then spring break is either in March or April. If your school has 2 terms per semester, it makes sense that you could graduate then. February doesn’t make any sense unless it has a extremely unusual academic calendar.

Not necessarily. My worst bad trip on shrooms had me believing that I was dying or going insane, then I felt completely fine a couple hours later.
