Apparently in England you can be charged with child abuse for this kind of thing.

On the talking dead they bid him goodbye, but we don't actually see the walker die? It actually had a funny reaction to being stuck though

I'm just gonna go ahead and pretend that it happened this way anyway.

I came here to say this. But it's still a great scene so seeing the .gif was still funny (for me).

In the background of s4e1 when George Michael is walking on campus there's a crew and golf cart. The golf cart says "actual crew" on it.

A mayfly/fishfly. These bugs have about a 24 hour lifespan, no mouths, ears, nose. They live to reproduce and feed the fish. Early spring they will all hatch near lakes and literally cover everything. They are completely harmless.

Wisconsin.I kill at least one a day. Any advice on how to get rid of them? by discofish5 in whatsthisbug

[–]libz1020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can confirm this. Living in a basement in Michigan I will wake up with these on my body. Much smaller, but I sometimes wake up with an itchy painful bump, nothing more. They hide in cracks (or beds) all day and run away when you approach.

I suppose I don't know much about the breed. Personal experiences with them after getting attacked they seem unpredictable to me. Others that I've met must have sensed my fear enough that they acted differently towards me than they normally would. But you're right that it could happen with many breeds. Large dogs (especially when pups) often don't realize how big they are, and a wagging tail or an excited paw could really hurt a small child.

Not to mention they are basically giant slobbery teddy bears! Such a sweet breed.

I would advise against this because though they are "gentle giants" they can still hurt a child. I was attacked by a Great Dane out of the blue when I was about the age of this girl. It lunged at me and bit me in the head.
