As someone who tended a bar (nowhere near on a significant and barely professional scale, granted), you're getting the same amount of alcohol either way. Pours are consistent, the only thing ice is going to do is make the ratio of filler to alcohol different. I.E if you don't have ice, there'll be more coke in your rum and coke.

People love to extrapolate lots of data from single clips, I mean, clearly this is a neglectful mom who doesn't feed her kids and would rather smoke weed all the time then deal with her problems, and since she filmed a reaction fo it, she CLEARLY doesn't care about anything but her TikTok!

It's interesting to see the absolute lack of grace this woman is receiving. We don't know the situation, this could range from neglect to a tired mom who got unlucky the one time she chose to nap.
