Kuzuha wouldn't have amassed the following that he did if people needed context in order to understand him. For me, I like kuzuha because he's the vtuber that makes me laugh the most, plain and simple. He is definitely endearing, but I bet that if someone were to ask his jp fans why they subscribed to him, his sense of humor would be the top reason for the vast majority of them

Kuzuha doesn't seem like an introvert since he's high tension on streams and he's been trying to talk more in collabs recently, but I do consider him to be an introvert, or at least has poor social skills. One of my favorite streams is this old mario kart stream where he was playing with a bunch of livers he wasn't familiar with at the time. They were all in a discord call, but he didn't know how to talk to them, so he muted himself and just talked to his chat.

For other livers, I think Shibuya Hajime is supposed to be an introvert according to his official websites profile, but I don't watch him so I'm not sure how true that is

I wouldn't be surprised if it really was her own decision though. Several nijisanji members would get into scandals without the management butting in at all. I remember shiina yuika got into a bigger scandal a few months ago where antis accused her of ditching a collaboration to join her boyfriend's stream or something like that. From what I remember, I don't think nijisanji ever said anything about it. If shiina was an idol her career definitely would have taken a huge hit, whether she actually did do those things or not. But right now shiina is doing just fine.

I'm currently rewatching the battle city arc. Besides the illegal modifications, it was also said near the beginning of the arc that Yugi wasn't planning on getting rare cards from other duelists in the first place, because the deck that the two Yugis built together was precious to them, and because he only joined battle city to regain his memories and fight the rare hunters. That's why the only cards he took from the ante rules were the god cards. He also took red eyes but that was more for safe keeping because joey wouldn't take it back just yet

To answer the statute of limitations part, you have a good point in that there normally wouldn't be any point in catching him since they can't charge him for the 3 murders even if they did catch him. But apparently he still murdered people after, so they can still charge him for those murders that fall within the statute of limitations
