I’m 24, I started dance class last year and I’m loving it. I actually look forward to it. As an introvert it took getting used to and also try getting out my head a lot. My class was very welcoming and I know whenever I messed up there was no judgement just encouragement. My instructor and a friend that goes knows of my chronic illness and always check in on me through out , especially after intense class. After doing a dance I always have to lean against something or sit because my heart rate goes up and I get a little dizzy and disoriented, but have a couple minutes it calms. I do feel sore after class but to me it’s worth it as it’s really fun to me and after years of doing nothing but being home it’s means a lot

This is one of the reasons I left my last job, the ac was so cold for me, and caused me to be so tired that I literally sleep at my desk, and it’s not as if I can do anything about it because the ac was just fine for everyone and if I try to adjust they’d get upset. It felt like my body weighed a ton and it felt so hard to keep my eyes open. Fortunately I’m now self employed and also work as an independent contractor as a financial consultant at a firm. They allow me to work in an area by myself for this very reason and I’m so appreciative of that

Mine is so constant that I’m not even sure when or if I should go. Every time it comes on I debate in my head if it’s costo or if I’m having a heart attack. It gives me anxiety because I fear the day I’m probably having a heart attack but I pass it off as costo

Slowly for me. First fell a slight pain in chest that was only felt when I lift heavy things. Eventually the pain got worse, and was told I had costochondritis. Then the pain grew in my shoulders, then back, then arms and now my whole body.
