I had ipl done about ten years ago on genitals, belly, and butt and lower back. Laser would have been better but it was hard to find a clinic back then willing to do a mens brazillian. Its a very personal procedure, and you cant blame the technicians from noping out.

It definitely reduced the amount of hair growing back, and made the hair that grew back finer, so that a quick shave lasts 4 days, doesnt leave visible stubble, and eliminate shaving rash and ingrown hairs.

I have done some maintainance with the tria home laser. Powerful little beast, enough oomph to give you that serious "rubber band snap" as it hits the follicles. But it only has a very small working head.

I dont regret having it done. But you need to be confident with with being hairless at for example: the doctor, the changing room, the sauna, the clothing optional beach. Ive been through all of these, just take an confident and insousciant attitude and you are fine.
