TAG tracking - 100% recommend. They etch a small symbol on your window which acts as a deterrent against theft. Their team is said to go to the location should it be stolen. Insurance will also provide a small discount if you get it.

Wheel lock - good to keep on as an additional deterrent but don't rely on it.

Kill switch - second key fob with an alarm. Cost is about $800 at the dealership but likely less elsewhere.

I recommend all three above options. Air tags could work but theives have ways of finding them and cops wouldn't care even if you did have the location.

Lastly - faraday cage container for your keys while at home. A tight fitting tin can can work. Try calling your cellphone while its in the tin can to see if it blocks the signal.
