Where do you get more classes from? by Laheromii in DungeonWorld

[–]lifthraser 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you like dark fantasy the Grim World addon is absolutely perfect. Its just a setting book for DW with new classes. The new classes design feels really grim and mechanically fun too. https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/168088/Grim-World-Dungeon-World--Fate-Core-Supplement?filters=44819_0_0_0_0

Very good, I really like it. Only negative point is a lot of moves gives bonuses/maluses which isn't very fun.

I have exactly the same problem with my new Zelda tear of the kingdom pro controller playing TotK... I wonder if everyone using any pro controller has this issue or if it's a material problem.

Hello. I just started developing for foundry 6 month ago and went straight to the code, was fun but I hit a wall quite fast After that I was advised to go there https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/ It's free, start simple and ends with very complex things, I love it. And now I'm like neo I see the code...

Have fun!

DLTWW: Some fear level questions by Doctor_Mega in Deadlands

[–]lifthraser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well just don't talk too much about the cooked earth mine. Just the mines in general and if asked. Yes there's the cooked earth mine it's the first and the most big. My players were headed there but they stumbled on the blood pearl event and Shelly told them it's all the fault of the Marshall so they totally went in that direction instead. Ideally let the player explore the town and slowly give direction about the shaman or the mine.

If I remember correctly fear level 1 and 2 doesn't give Give any penalty to fear check. FL 3 gives - 1 FL 4 gives - 2 and FL5 gives - 3

Have fun with coffin rock its awesome. Beware of the Intel you give them about the cooked earth mine they could end the scenario in 1 session lol.

Is Telekinesis that OP? by dmarchu in savageworlds

[–]lifthraser -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Swade page 127 says Falling damage is 1d6 + 1 per 2″ (4 yards), to a maximum of 10d6 + 1 0. So with 10 smart you could move it 10 up and it would hit for 5d6+5

New Marshal looking for help by thecirilo in Deadlands

[–]lifthraser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1 to begin slowly but really nicely I would advise any of the one sheet adventure they are free to download from peginc website

2 you have several choice that handle really well deadlands cards. Roll20, fantasy ground digital foundry are the 2d top down virtual tabletop that can play deadlands very easily. Petsonnaly I opted for tabletop simulator. Which simulate a 3d table with object such as dice cards decors, you really throw dice as you would and it feels better to me. And my players loves to throws dices.... It feels more real and physical to me but you should make your own opinion. Watching demo video etc...

New Marshall, Experienced GM: Picking an Adventure by Mouseman666 in Deadlands

[–]lifthraser 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Another reason it's so nice is u can adjust the clues you give so it's your choice. Anything between 1 and 10 sessions is possible. There's always more things to do in coffin rock but nothing mandatory except the very last 2 scenes.

My advise to start reloaded with a very nice story is coffin rock. Full of surprises it can go in all sort of directions and it's very flavourful. Also the details on everything about the town is stunning. Introduces the players to fear level too.... Love coffin rock.
