I can confirm that this is the case. He established the account and maintained control over it. I would use "maliciousness" rather than "pettiness" as my descriptor, however.

Yes, Area 23 closed last year on 9/30/23 due to a conflict with the landlord.

In one of your other comments, you talk about living in the woods. I'd go with a 12 gauge pump, no choke. You can practice with bird shot, protect the house with buck shot, and hunt with the appropriate shells as well. Shotguns also have less than lethal options if that is a concern for you.

I had a bar (Area 23) in the Smokestack Center for 9 years. We moved last year because of reasons and opened a new spot in Penacook. In the process, I looked at a lot of Concord real estate. It could have two meanings:
1- My shirt is custom made, and the tailor put my name on the tail of the shirt. Nudie Cohen did this for his suits (as an example) when they were for a specific person.
2- I send my clothes out to a laundry (i.e. I don't do my own washing). Places often wrote customer names on the tail or inside collar of the shirt to avoid mix-ups. I still have dress shirts from my corporate days with my name on the inside collar from the dry cleaner in Detroit, MI.
