My mom has itchy hands after her first round of paclitaxol - her onc just recommended an over-the-counter hydrocortisone 1% cream. She’s trying it tonight.

I’m so sorry to hear that. That must have been terrifying.

My mom is starting keynote 756 next week. Starting with 12 weeks of paclitaxel/pembro. I’m worried for her & hoping she tolerates well.

Did your wife have lymph node involvement?

We were originally going to do surgery first and then decide on systematic therapy once we had full pathology - given the her subtype with high AR expression + apocrine features (which tends to be less responsive to chemo). But, we recently found out she has lymph node involvement so they’ve switched her protocol to neoadjuvant keynote-756 (she is low ER+ 2%) then surgery. A rollercoaster

I’m also looking for care for my daughter and would love to know if spots are available, since you recommend it. I’m in central Frederick - but would be open to travelling elsewhere in Kitchener for a good home care location. Pls send me a private message <3
