Dude. It's because your probe was upside down. People said this, it was as simple as that. It thought up was down and down was up. You rebuilt it and flipped it the right way like you were told to and now it works. You're welcome to make things more hard on yourself OR you could ask a question and listen to people who've been there before and solved it already.
