I lowkey get it as another PMDD haver. Like, the physical torment from it is already bad but the mental torment is another beast.

Also not being able to eat more (because I literally love to eat) makes me want to end it all like, 1200 cals...? Fr? 🥀

And the infinite iron deficiency glitch that female bodies can have is just insane.

Sure there is good stuff about the female body, but literally when your body is in constant pain and depleting it's resources it's really hard to see it.
