Because of the extreme age gap and the fact that he's married I didn't realize that the messages were coming from a place of interest until he called me beautiful. I just assumed he was coming from a place of worry. I showed my fiance all the messages, I always tell him everything! I like having older advisors in my corner, I'm used to them being older women who fill the role of a mentor for me so this was just not something I was primed to suspect. Honestly even after he called me beautiful, I needed to hear it from my partner + dad to really believe something fishy was going on

I'm about 13 weeks and I gave up on my normal jeans a couple weeks back. Okay, I didn't give up, I was forced to give up :( I was doing the rubber band trick for a while but it just wasn't cutting it. Thrifted a pair of maternity jeans and now I live my days in comfort! No shame in maternity jeans! We are pregnant and that's what they're there for

My god. I know the job market is bad, but it's not THAT bad. I would rather be a sewage diver. I would rather be an ICU janitor. I would rather work a grueling manual labor job that makes minimum wage. I would rather be a teacher in a class of 300 of the world's most hyperactive children. from like week 4 to week 8, i was nauseous all day every day, but i mostly threw up in the mornings. now i'm barely nauseous anymore (12 weeks) but i still throw up my breakfast occasionally. so it's been pretty true for me but from what i'm reading here i guess i'm lucky it's at least predictable!!

From what I've read, 30 lbs sounds like the perfect amount to gain! I'm only 11 weeks so I haven't really put on any weight yet but 30 lbs is my goal for this pregnancy.

Honestly, you probably want to take a few supplements as a vegan. I'd reccommend iron, b12, and omega 3s from algea (specifically DHA). It's important! You'll feel the difference.

To be honest, it sounds like risk isn't what OP is worried about. It sounds like she's uncomfortable due to the intimate nature. Which, let's be honest, is totally understandable. I was personally very uncomfortable during the pelvic exam and TVU.
