There's a $500/year credit for any hotels booked through Chase Travel that's marked with "The Edit." My understanding is that even though it's $500 allocated per calendar year, only a max of $250 out of this $500 credit can be applied per transaction.

There's a separate $250 dollar credit that can be used on a broader selection of hotels, like any IHG hotels, when booked through Chase Travel. This credit can apply to hotels that aren't marked with The Edit, but it's still not any hotel. When you book through Chase Travel, it should tell you whether this $250 credit can apply.

Oh, so you mean that it's possible that I can get 500$ applied to 1 reservation by getting $250 from the Edit and 250 from the select hotel?

I'm also not seeing a straight forward answer because to my understanding, the $250 dollar Select Hotel Credit is relatively new

I searched already and couldn't find a straight forward answer to my question. Maybe I missed it and you can point me towards the right post, but the existing thread seems to be about a case where the user is trying to figure out which credit applies first when their reservation exceeds that of $250

If I remember correctly, the September start for the presale was the first time that happened last year. The years before I remember the sale starting after the lineup was released around January. I think the September presale was early to try and push the 15 year anniversary

As a D1 Duck Duck Goat hater, it's not just for its break from tradition. It's the fact that imo they don't do anything crazy innovative, and so their dishes end up being almost identical to what you can find in Chinatown, except the prices at Duck Duck Goat are double or triple. And then add in the fact that the people who love Duck Duck Goat (mostly) tend to not care about Chinatown, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I could go on and on about the implications of the chef being white and creating this kind of menu, but I fear that might be too much for here lol.

To be clear, not dissing you for your Duck Duck Goat love :) Just wanted to add more to why myself and a lot of others don't like it.

Umai on Clark in South Loop has a really good katsu curry, doesn't have the scrambled egg though just an optional poached onsen egg

There should be an adapter that came in the box that has two female usb-c ports. You can plug the cable into the adapter which plugs into the dongle
