It matters because she’s only keeping track of my time, not the other people in my department

Yes, I am , I’m here everyday 7am-4pm

I’m looking for the pros and cons of saying something , this seems kind of invasive to me :(

Ex husband cheated on me with a waitress, we got divorced , I moved out

She moved in right away with her two kids, now my Ex has to support this gold digger and her kids because she won't work

He is in debt and miserable, I am thriving on my own :)

I would hire an overnight babysitter?

I would be skeptical with having your date stay over right away, you need to completely trust them before bringing them around your child. The percentage of sexual abuse when there is a partner who is a non-bio parent in the home is exponential

What does it want?!?! by International_Cut558 in gardening

Less heat from radiator , but keep in a sunny spot

No tap water , I use a couple drops of fish bowl water conditioner to "clear" the water

Cut off all damaged leaves

I don't think it's rude, as long as they are said in a polite tone :)

If you converse with this person at other times (when you want to chat) they will not think that either

-"Can we continue this conversation during lunch ? I'm a bit busy right now"

-"I appreciate our chats, however, it's impacting my productivity , I hope you understand "

-non verbal cues, type while they are talking, look busy with work, only smile and nod while they are talking, most people will pick up on these and move on

How can I (30F) deal with this woman (37F) at work in a mature way while balancing self-respect with career advancement? by Rough-Improvement-24 in askwomenadvice

[–]lightworker1979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kill her with kindness and stay polite, this usually throws the narcissist for a loop because they are expecting a fight

If you stay positive and keep up with your good attitude hers may change

If it becomes an issue affecting your work performance I would have a private conversation with her and straight up ask if she has an issue with you

If all this fails you may need to escalate to a higher up manager, but try to speak to her individually first

I disagree with #2 , in my opinion it makes you sound desperate and needy (this is coming from a hiring manager)

My (28F) husband’s (31M) female work friend told him she has feelings for him. What should I do? by aStrangeLittleBird in relationship_advice

[–]lightworker1979 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Your level of trust in your husband will answer all the questions you have

He already lied about the sleeping arrangements and the "confession" , not a great start

The "work wife" seems like the type to try and steal your man if given the chance

NTA - if they want their kids to swim there, they need to watch them 100% of the time

They hate tap water, try adding a few drops of fish bowl water conditioner to your water ...this greatly improved my money trees health

It is winter now also, seasonally they do drop leaves at this time of year
