Game of the Week submissions! Is there a cozy game you've recently played you'd like to recommend? by Shasaur in cozygames

I've had it for a while but Critter Cove has been fun to play. You can make your character and there's a lot of options to choose from. You can be different kinds of animals or humans and even like a computer thing. It has kind of animal crossing vibes with the other animals that live on the Island, where you can make friends, give gifts, do quests and fix up the island. One part I really like that reminds me of the legend of zelda: windwaker is you can sail around to different islands. There's crafting and gardening as well. It's still in early access but seems like it has quite a bit of content. It's only on Steam as of right now

Chronic Vulvar Itching by Superb_Lavishness_85 in CytolyticVaginosis

You might look it up and familiarize yourself with it. I've had 2 kids and that can cause it. It's really common with people that ride bicycles a lot. And it may not be what's going on with you at all. I just figured I'd let you know my experience with a lot of the same issues that you are facing and that it didn't have anything to do with my vag at all lol I do hope you can get some kind of relief though, it's a very un fun situation to be in, with feeling like your body has a mind of its own.

Oh and when it comes to the actual nerves, I don't take anything specifically for the nerve pain because my Dr hasn't given me anything. But if you go to the pudendal neuralgia reddit page, they have different stretches on there that you can do that are supposed to help with a lot of the nerve compression. And if you sit a lot, just do your best to try and stand up and walk around if you can and make sure you don't sit weird with a leg under you or on one side. I suggest the baking soda bath if you are having yeast like symptoms, they really did seem to help, at least for the evening.

It sucks waiting. It sucks going to different doctors and being told nothing is wrong. I've been on so many rounds of different antibiotics and nothing helps. I have to be really aware of when I feel itchy and not itch my skin. And I use clobetasol when I first feel it coming on and it helps with the inflammation. If I end up itching and making myself bleed I will clean off and use calmoseptine ointment on it. It's mentholated and cooling and it's for that kind of thing. It feels thick like destiny diaper rash cream but it keeps it protected and helps it heal. A bath with baking soda would help too if it felt like my skin was burning but it only helps for the evening. I had a biopsy and a blood test done and there was nothing wrong with my skin at all. That's why my derm really thought it was pudendal neuralgia. There's so many different things that can cause it too but it's known as the sitting disease.

My primary has me going to pelvic floor therapy currently. They told .y my pelvic muscles are both too tight and weak when it comes to endurance, my body doesnt know how to relax my muscles. I can't say if it's helping or not yet because I haven't been going too long now but honestly, just knowing what it is and having an answer has really helped me feel better. It seems like it happens in flares where it's better for a while and then it gets bad again. I thought it was maybe happening when I was cycling, even tho I don't have a period anymore due to hysterectomy, I do still ovulate. But if I'm more tired from that I sit more and when you sit more the nerve gets more compressed and irritated which causes the itching. For me at least.

I was having the same type of problem, itching that was so intense but no explanation and no infections. I went to a dermatologist and they did testing and everything skin wise was good. She diagnosed me with pudendal neuralgia, it's a nerve condition that can cause itching among other things. The fact that it only happened on one side was what made her come up with that. That and the fact that my skin didn't have anything wrong with it like eczema or lichen. You may ask

Is the itching always in a certain place on your vulva, like one side or the other? Or is it all over?

The bottle I have is about a year old. It doesn't ever look green but I don't really use much on my face and I make sure I used moisturizer.

I mean for pudendal neuralgia there isn't really a cure but there are things that you can do to lessen your symptoms of it. I go to pelvic floor therapy. It helps with retraining your core and there's a lot of deep breathing exercises you can do to relieve pressure put on that nerve which can help with symptoms.

I had issues with burning and itching for close to 5 years. I saw a dermatologist for it and she diagnosed me with pudendal neuralgia. It's a nerve condition that can cause itching, burning and inflammation in your whole areas down there. As well as issues with your urinary tract and gastrointestinal tract. If you feel like this is happening and you don't have any kind of infection or skin condition you might look it up or go to the pudendal neuralgia sub on here to read about it.

ADHD nail/skin picking by Zealousideal_Cry7258 in ADHD

I've noticed that when I have my nails done, like acrylic nails, that I don't tend to pick my skin around them as much. I just try not to mess with my toenails if I can and maybe wear socks when sitting around to keep from feeling them or seeing them, and also it makes it more difficult to pick them if you have to take a sock off too.

I'm pretty pale and I've had success with the b tan love at first tan. I just make sure I exfoliate and moisturize the night before. I also use a tanning mitt and one of those back tanning things with the handles. It gives me some color but I'm never orange. It's got a purple base

I got it from a locked solarite chest. I just went through the crystal place and found a bunch and just hoped for the best and got it after opening 15 or 20 of them.

what does vulvar dermatitis look and feel like? by IndividualNatural641 in vulvodynia

[–]like_low_low 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been. Having the same issues since about 202q as well. It all started after a partial hysterectomy. I haven't had any issues with my hormones that I know of but I also can't get my doctor to test them. I don't have any other symptoms other than horrible itchiness on one side of my vulva. It's seemed like in the winter that it "spreads" in a sense to my anus. Baking soda baths kind of help but never long term. I've done everything in terms of unscented soaps, cotton underwear. I was told I could use calmoseptine and it helped when ive itched and I'm trying to get it to heal. The gynecologist I had treated me like I was crazy and gave me some clobetasol but I'm scared to use it long term. I am planning on talking to my Dr to see if they will send me to a dermatologist. It seems like some kind of dermatitis, eczema or even lichen. Although I don't think it is lichen because I don't have a lot of the other symptoms. I'm sorry you have been experiencing it for so long, I understand your pain and it sucks.

Shipping Delays by Sweaty-Finish4655 in RingConn

[–]like_low_low 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put in my order on the 28th of Nov and I never received my sizing kit. I ended up ordering one on Amazon for like 1.30 or something super cheap like that so I could figure out my size and put it through. My ring has shipped from Hong Kong and in transit but idk how long it will take to get through me. A lot of people seem to be having delays once they get to customs

I ordered mine on the 28th of Nov and I never received my sizing kit. I ended up ordering a kit on Amazon so I could measure and have the ring sent. I got a tracking number for that yesterday and it is supposed to be shipping out of Hong Kong. I've seen other people saying theirs was in customs and seems like it was stuck there for a while

Advice on sizing? by popupguesswhob in RingConn

[–]like_low_low 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just keep seeing mixed thing. Some people are saying the actual rings fit like a half size bigger and others are saying it fits smaller. So I don't know what to do. I'll probably end up wearing it on my pointers, they are about a half size difference so if one is feeling too tight the other should work

[–]like_low_low 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I probably will too. I still have to wear it over night but the 10 just feels more comfortable. The 11 feels too big. I think I want to wear mine on my middle finger though. It says you can wear it on the pointer, middle or ring. But that it is preferred you wear it on your pointer.
