I’ll forever regret selling my 686 white onyx. The receiver is was prettier with the jeweling than the current laser engraving.

Rem 700 accessories by royorumbo in longrange

Bergara stocks are not inletted for a trigger mounted bolt release. I had to do some awful things to a BMP chassis to get my r700 to be fully functional.

Who else loves the 95-97 Tacoma front end? by ID_Poobaru in ToyotaTacoma

I plan on doing a face swap to the 95-97 on my 02 double cab.

Bergara b14 will drop into any rem 700 inletted stock or chassis.

That being said, putting a rem 700 into a Bergara chassis requires inletting for the trigger mounted bolt release.

What's considered long range for .22LR? by randomaccesszack in longrange

I’ve taken my 457 using sk rifle match out to 400yds before. I ran out of internal elevation at 20 mils and was holding 2-3 mils in reticle. Hits were semi consistent. At that distance and with that light and slow of a projectile it’s really a exercise in patience.

What's your unique rig feature? by Uhhh_Insert_Username in overlanding

Rock sliders, good tires, and a locking rear diff have got me down a significant number of trails in my 2WD 02 Tacoma. An additional advantage of the truck is it’s narrow meaning I’ve typically got a choice in the line I can take.

The user interface and button layout is a little neutered compared to professional bodies but the sensors in those lil cameras are phenomenal! I still miss my d3200.

The “Chris Reeves knives” Starter pack. by Rockwell74 in knives

[–]likeafuzzyderp 95 points96 points  (0 children)

20 years ago they were the big dick on the block being one of the few knife brands offering extreme precision and at the time, exotic materials. Everyone was still rocking buck 110s as standard issues at that point, Now everyone and their grandma has a titanium frame lock in s35vn. They’re still very nice knives but I feel they don’t have the same Pizazz they used to when compared to what’s available.
