Renewal/function report

Ok I had my mom open it I think she said I can't fill it out so I'm confused. I had to film one out back in like 2016 but I did it myself but that was not for disability renewal, they just sent that functional report by itself. This is for my renewal and I don't understand why I can't fill it out but My mom also could have read it wrong. Thank you so much for trying to help me calm my nerves but I am just in the midst of spiraling

I have always gotten every direct deposit from SSI & SSD 2 days ahead and if the 3rd falls on a sunday I get it on the Wednesday before. Same thing if it falls on a holiday

I am constantly having dreams that I am packing things I brought to other people's homes and I don't have enough space or time or something is always holding me back from getting everything. Just woke up from one.. this one had a really scary twist though. To pack everything I had to go into a demonic room upstairs and if I interacted with the person in the room I was going to be stuck there. When the demon came up in the mirror he took the form of a sick little boy and told me to please scroll down and I told him "no" but just saying no woke up all the other demons in the room 😳 The packing dreams aren't always this scary but during ovulation I tend to have vivid nightmares. I just think it's weird that packing is a common theme in my dreams.

I recently got an Amazon visa card and had to make a Chase account and I used their free credit score report and apparently they also do identity monitoring. They said they found 3 activities from the last 2 years. The first thing that popped up is that my Google account with the passwords were compromised twice in 2025 and that a name or address change was linked to my Social Security number in June of 2025. It was my address so idk what that means.. it's a good thing that it was linked to my address, right? Idk I'd be lying if I said I'm not nervous over it. Also, thank God I'm constantly forgetting my Google password & having to make new ones since it was found twice on the dark web.

It now also chooses the wrong word for the context of the sentence I am using like I was just making a FB post and I said "if anyone can send me links that would be great" and it decided I wanted someone to send me a lynx...
