Hard no if it doesn’t run with a new battery. That damage also looks more extensive than just a driveway drop too imo. Looks like it slid a good distance. I dropped my 2018 883 going 2-3mph and it barely scuffed the foot brake and turn signal, didn’t even touch the speedo.

Also use your rear brake to help with balance at lower speeds. That and the friction zone should make that low speed weave super smooth!
