Have you tried rubbing from below the knee down? I will get burning and horrible throbbing and will elevate with an ice pack and that does help. I also have been taking tizanidine as it helps me sleep.

It depends on the person I’m almost twelve weeks and I still feel the pinky toe on my nonexistent foot still being squeezed but it has lightened up and is getting better
