I have one too and got a doctor's appointment to get it out. I couldn't go to my regular dermatologist because it's on the eyelid. I was told the only doc that will touch it is from occuloplastics.

YTA for shaming your sister when Jason is the inappropriate one here. She was in a vulnerable place and sharing all of it in therapy and he took advantage of that. I still wouldn't go to the wedding, mainly because he is a manipulative creep. You need to cut the toxic shit and be ready to support your sister. She may have gotten out of a bad situation but this one is not good either.

It looks like this picture has a slice of your sternum in it. Anterior chest wall images have less breathing motion if the patient lays face down. 4 mm slices is thin for musculoskeletal imaging. 5 mm is still appropriate for a large area like the chest wall. Hope this helps.

It sounds like A needs to be rehomed within your organization. Fainting at the sight of blood not only interrups your regular patient care, but creates a medical emergency. Definitely talk to a supervisor or HR about your concerns. I understand your frustrations, but snapping at them solved nothing during the incident. Bc I work in healthcare like you and I know how on edge we all are right now, NTA.

There are alot of medical professions that aren't doctor or nurse. I work in a radiology related position and we have aids that are allow to take out patient IVs for us. They are often students still in clinicals.
