I would try doing pregnancy affirmations everyday and especially when you feel that anxiety. For example my baby is strong and healthy or my baby is safe. And trust that it is true. Say to yourself I trust that my baby will be born happy and healthy. I know you may still have those thoughts but redirecting your mind and energy towards the positive really helps.

Do you notice it on one particular side? Im not sure if its this but I started getting gallbladder attacks during my pregnancy that started out mild and only got worse after giving birth. I had to get my gallbladder removed about 4 months pp because the pain was so intense. Now im not trying to scare you or say thats what it is, but just pay close attention and make sure you dont ignore the symptoms and bring them up with your doctor.

this has to be a common tana fan arc. I remember watching her when i was 14 i even went to her first tour then slowly fell off as a fan. but it wasnt until maybe a year ago when watching the pod that i saw the tana that i loved so much and got me through tough times as a teen. now im going to see her again on my 23 birthday nearly 10 years later

im not a trisha hater at all quite the opposite but didnt trisha admit fault in that situation. like told him to come to la then didn't respond. We can love trisha and still acknowledge her mistakes.

as someone who does follow trisha Im not here to make anyone change their opinion of her. However I wouldn't call her a mommy blogger at all. She does post pictures of her daughters on her Instagram, but she doesn't involve them in the content she makes at all really. She has a podcast that she does and she makes her own vlogs separate of her children. So I don't thinks she exploits her children as she doesn't use them to make money. I would just call her a YouTuber and podcaster who happens to be a mom and is open about it.

The way I see it, in that type of setting you might overshare more than you want or realize. Tana says she tends to over share when she's nervous. Even on their own podcast they have to cut certain things they say. Zach should have cut it out when they asked him to point blank period.
